This list is indicative and is designed as a general guide. It is recommended that each player review and adapt the contents of their luggage according to their personal needs, length of stay and expected weather conditions at the destination.

  • 2/3 rackets with new strings.
  • 2 pairs of tennis shoes (fast court and clay court).
  • 1 pair of fitness shoes.
  • 6 sports shorts.
  • 2-3 sports tops.
  • 12 pairs of sports socks.
  • Underwear (2 per day).
  • 4/6 sweatshirts or sweatpants.
  • 1 pair of flip-flops.
  • Casual clothing.
  • Pajamas
  • Cap
  • Sports bag/backpack.
  • Plug adapter.
  • Isotonic sachets.
  • Necessary medication or vitamins.

  • Personal hygiene items.
  • It is recommended that all players mark their personal belongings (clothing, backpacks and other objects) with their name to facilitate identification in case of loss or misplacement.

We do not recommend bringing:

  • Valuables.
  • Consoles
  • The Rafa Nadal Academy is not responsible for lost items or property damage.

Arrival

  • Arrival at the facilities takes place on Monday in the blue building (players' residence), with the reception being continuously supervised to ensure the safety and assistance of the clients.

Output

  • Departure from the facilities can be made at any time. Notification is required only if the activities have not yet been completed.
  • In the event that players remain in the facilities after check out, they may leave their luggage in a designated room until the time of their final departure.
  • Players will be able to make use of all the services included during the whole Sunday (meals and use of the facilities).

Medical insurance is included in the program and includes the following:

  • Coverage for injuries.
  • Coverage of illnesses.
  • Access to medical specialists of the Quirón Salud group.
  • Nursing and physiotherapy services in our facilities.
  • We ask all parents or guardians to report any allergies, injuries or illnesses the player may have.
  • This information must be registered through the form available on the 360 Player platform.
  • You can add more information by sending an email to Players Desk.
  • Lunch is included for players.

Aplicación 360 Player obligatoria

360 Player es una herramienta digital que conecta a jugadores y familiares con los equipos de la Rafa Nadal Academy, facilitando el seguimiento de sus actividades diarias. A través de esta plataforma, es posible:

  • Contactar con el personal de la academia.
  • Consultar horarios y ubicaciones de los entrenamientos.
  • Recibir notificaciones de cambios en la programación diaria.
  • Obtener un informe personalizado de tenis al finalizar el programa.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las actividades de los jugadores.
  • Es obligatorio que el jugador tenga creada una cuenta en 360 Player para poder controlar su asistencia a las actividades y para poder compartir, una vez finalizado el programa, su informe de tenis y su diploma.

Pasos para registrarse:

  • 1. Descarga la aplicación 360 Player en App Store o visita app.360Player.com.
  • 2. Haz clic en: “crear una cuenta”.
  • 3. Introduce el código de grupo que se informa en el email de confirmación.
  • 4. Selecciona el rol con el que te incorporas:
  • Como padre: más adelante tendrás que crear una cuenta para jugador.
  • Como jugador: más adelante tendrás que crear una cuenta para padres.
  • 5. Rellena con los datos correspondientes.

360 Player application required

360 Player is a digital tool that connects players and family members with the Rafa Nadal Academy teams, facilitating the monitoring of their daily activities. Through this platform, it is possible:

  • Contact the academy staff.
  • Consult training schedules and locations.
  • Receive notifications of changes in the daily schedule.
  • Obtain a personalized tennis report at the end of the program.
  • Keep updated on player activities.
  • It is mandatory that the player has created an account on 360 Player to be able to monitor his attendance to the activities and to be able to share his tennis report and diploma at the end of the program.

Steps to register:

  • Download the 360 Player app from the App Store or visit app.360Player.com.
  • 2. Click on: "create an account".
  • 3. Enter the group code provided in the confirmation email.
  • 4. Select the role you are joining with:
  • As a parent: later on you will have to create a player account.
  • As a player: you will need to create a parent account later.
  • 5. Fill in the corresponding data.
