Essential information
What to bring?
- Sportswear and a towel for gym and tennis training.
- 1 or 2 rackets with new strings for tennis training.
- Fast and dirt court shoes. If you don't have them, we recommend wearing all-court shoes.
- Swimsuit, bathing cap and flip-flops for the SPA & Wellness. The use is mandatory in these facilities.
- Bottle (you can refill it at our water points).
Arrival and departure times
Arrivals
- From 15:00h.
Exits
- Before 11:00 am.
- If necessary, you can arrange your departure in advance by contacting the hotel reception.
WIFI
- Select the "Rafa Nadal Residence" network, accept the conditions and connect.
360 Player application
- A week before your arrival, you will receive an email with a special code that you must enter in the application to view your contracted sports program schedules.
- It is important that you download your 360 app. Once your program has started, you will find all the relevant information about schedules, training locations and activities included in your program. You will also be able to contact other players and solve doubts through the chat and you will have interesting information and news on our wall to keep you up to date.
- In addition, when you finish the registration in the application, it is necessary that you complete our level questionnaire in order to be included in the group most adapted to your level. You will find it inside the 360 Player application.
Sportdesk
- This department is available to give you all the necessary information about your program (schedules, location, etc.) as well as other services available during your stay, such as booking private lessons.
- He is also in charge of the welcome meeting and guiding you to your court on the first day of the program.
Timetable change
- Times and court numbers/surfaces are subject to change in the event of adverse weather conditions.
- If this happens, please consult with our Sport Desk department.
Services included with your program
Fitness Center and SPA
- Unlimited access to the gym.
- Unlimited access to the SPA.
- Children under 16 years of age are not allowed to use the gym.
- No one under 18 years of age is allowed to use the SPA.
- It is recommended to bring a towel for the use of the pool and/or spa, although it is possible to request one free of charge at the reception for a deposit of 10€.
- The use of a cap is mandatory in the pool and SPA. You can buy it at the reception of the gym for 6€.
Restaurants
- Breakfast and dinner are included for half-board guests.
- Guests with a full board reservation have breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
- Lunch and dinner drinks are not included.
Rafa Nadal Museum
- Free access for hosted clients.
- Subject to time availability.
Parking
- Access to subway parking included.
Services available
Laundry service
- You will find inside your room closet a form and a bag with information and prices.
- It is necessary that you deliver your clothes before 1:00 p.m. at the hotel reception desk.
- Returns are made within 24 hours except on weekends.
- Laundry service is not available on Sundays and holidays.
Safe deposit box
- Ask at the reception desk.
- Free of charge under deposit of 5€.
Pool/beach towels
- Ask at the reception desk.
- Free of charge under deposit of 10€.
- It is strictly forbidden to take out the white towels provided in the room for use in the pool, SPA or court or fitness training. Their use is exclusively for your daily hygiene in the room.
Late departure
- Option subject to availability.
- Until 14h with an extra cost of 30€.
- Until 20h with an extra cost of 60€.
Courts book
- You can book courts from seven days prior to your stay directly through Playtomic.
- You can also consult with our Sport Desk staff once you are in our facilities.
Stringing service
- Stringing service is available at the Pro Shop.
- You can bring your own string or purchase it at the store.
- Delivery of rackets once deposited in the store for stringing is 48 hours, except on weekends which may require more time.
